Hillary Allen: People aren't looking for this stuff to make payments, right? They never really have been. So I don't think people really are looking to crypto for that. They're looking to crypto to get rich quick, frankly. You know, it is a way of speculating and that's where the interest has come from. It's never been about payments, which again, I think undermines this idea we need a central bank digital currency.
