I Think AI Is a Step in Direct in That Direction
Peak centralization was like 1940 or might have been 50 something like that. Technology since then has actually favored decentralization right with regards to intern and the internet allowing even just like cryptography in general let alone cryptocurrencies. Now I think AI is actually also a step in direct in that direction because of the asymmetries of train versus inference right and we can get more to that later but the big idea is that like yeah it is downstream of these incentives it's downstream of these shelling points which are once again heading back to classical intellectual tradition.
