The Evolution of the Mind

We had the meta epoch of from single cellular life until Homo habilis where evolution was the only creative process that was really making new stuff. And then we say that evolution being multiplied by technology is actually an unstable process an unstable oscillator that doesn't keep progressing as is. Then there's a new third creative process which is the conscious creation of whole self-stabilizing systems rather than the unconscious evolutionary process or the conscious just create parts in rivalry and without thinking about externality. The shift is one that gets that at this level of power where we can make and destroy ecosystems, we have to consciously take on being stewards of the whole system.
