How to Buy or Add to an ETF in Uptrends

Ken: What is a good looking pullback to buy or add to an ETF what are some of the nuances there we should be aware of. XRT bounced initially that is what I would call a conviction bounce didn't get huge volume behind the move but you did get a nice percentage gain and a bullish close near highs the following day. The longer it holds above the 21 day line here more likely we could probably increase it.
