Jim Nestergehn did his PhD at the University of Toronto with Harry McSorley. His great partner was Gerhard Furti, who was a generation older than Jim and so Jim was Gerhard student. Rolf: Part of our problem is theologians and church historians and biblical scholars thinking their audience are other scholars and not the church. And you can't listen to Jim Nestergehan and not realize like, like who he thinks his audiences were.
