Do You Think the Supreme Court Is Going to Lay Waste to Precedent in Affirmative Action Cases?
There is a great fear since the DOB's decision that the super conservative majority on this court is going to lay waste to precedent. In each of the three cases you just identified, there are actually four because there are two affirmative action cases. I think they will forbid all or almost all race-based affirmative action. And I have somewhat less confidence with respect to what they're going to do in more against Harper.
