Crowdsourcing for Staff Engineers

A lot of the advice that you get if you're a staff engineer or let's say you're a senior engineer and you want to become a staff is what your manager will tell you. So I didn't want to give advice that was wrong based only beyond what I had seen, so I really wanted like a pragmatic book. Whether we shoot more of these books it's a good question I um I don't know but one of the interesting things since I wrote this project maybe around two years ago has been people have reached out saying okay I want to start doing a similar project.
