increases in muscle fastening are super quick. They tend to start plateau much sooner than increases in muscle cross-sectional areas. So you get a really fast increase early on, and then it tends to plateau relatively quickly. And that's also another important factor that we'll get to is that these increases in longitudinal hypertrophy in terms of like sarcomere genesis,. adding sarcomeres in the series, they tend to run up very quickly, very fast. Then they plateau out somewhere five to seven weeks.
