How to Tolerate Uncertainty
When the feeling of insecurity and worry goes into pantasy territory, pantacizing about your own destruction is actually a resistance. You're resisting the uncomfortable feeling by making it ten times worse. Another one is to learn to tolerate short termed discomfort. If you wake up in the morning and you have a feeling of sadness, or feeling of insecurity, or a feeling of worry, tolerate that short term discomfort.
