Is the Fed Doing a Better Job at Moderating Volatility?
As the crypto economy grows as a percentage of the global GDP, I think we may see higher volatility. Bitcoin found 70%, which sounds kind of crazy when you think over a 12 month period. But in the last couple of weeks, Bitcoin is the only other currency that seems to be holding up pretty well against a strengthening dollar. And so it goes back to this kind of debate that economic folks love to have: What's the time scale and what are you comparing it to?
