Two minneapolis teachers union plan to fire white teachers ahead of people of color is illegal, unconstitutional and sets us back decades. A herman spoke in the wake of min Minneapolis public schools decision to defend its contract that promotes laying off white educators ahead of others to reverse prior racism. The school district said earlier this week, the new contract is used to, quote, remedy the continuant effects of past discrimination. Another lawyer agreed, saying, two wrongs don't make a right.
