I don't think people should worry about global nuclear war the Armageddon. I agree with David Petraeus that we want to avoid nuclear confrontation or use of nuclear weapons by both sides at all costs but a overwhelming conventional response. Putin has interpreted the Soviet and his own doctrine that he can use these to defend Russian territory. Crimea is so absolutely vital to all of this, says Tom Coburn.
