The Different Regs for Psychosocial Hazards
The only difference is the one that I mentioned earlier, around whether or not you need to use the hierarchy of controls when you're addressing psychosocial hazards. The draft regs in VIC have also got the reporting requirement. But yeah, until we actually see the final version of those, we don't really know what that's going to end up looking like.
