The consumer market drives more broad compute innovations than I think anyone really wants to talk about. The cell was an attempt to say okay for what we're paying to do all this stuff you could have a number of like much faster much tighter cores simpler cores simpler they'd have their own memory so they don't spend a lot of time waiting on memory which is one of the reasons that you need speculative execution for the memory wall right?
