How to Change the Relationship of Your Mindset
I think if someone feels resistant to it or has such an issue so it was my phone. Too much identifying with the content of our mind too much that's why we fall into this victim state. We don't like challenges or we feel like we suffer and we go into this victim mindset because we identify with that content. You cannot change the content really I mean you can by time but it's a deeper process but you can change the relationship. To challenge yourself we need to work on changing the relationship to the content and understanding that that suffering is very relative right? It's just a concept same like pleasure and joy right it's a concept and that we need to engage in it in order
