Is There Opportunity to Involve the Community?
With this model, it's almost like you get people involved in the project before the funding even gets spent. We ran around with UNICEF on our new project back in December. I think it was like 12 different NGOs from around the world into their matching pool and they ended up getting almost doubling their matching pool in individual donations. There's so many different factors that play into it because as a donor to you're discovering all these interesting new projects uncover new communities.
