The injured self and all those stored experiences that feel like armor for me or viscous oil for you, those are encoded in your amygdala. A different part of the brain needs its circuitry fired up that stores these experiences of being in deep connection and in a state of flow. Go back and forth between the two and you access that memory for the rest of my life. You can then close your eyes, feel it in your body and fire up a different part of your brain,. which allows you to create the circuitry and the muscle mentally tied to the positive emotion.
