The fact that people communicate and say something is really binding. And i give you an interesting example. I've done, during the summer, for several years, some training for unices members on social norms. One group e didn't do well at all in a game of communication. The lady kept silent because she hoped that other people put the money in and she gets a bigger price,. So this is an interesting thing.
