China's Losing Tech Battle With the US

China is slowly losing the tech war. They aren't making good progress on domains such as a i research operating systems and aircraft manufacturing. It doesn't appear as if they had a wide enough pool of specialized talent to make headway any time soon either. All in all, china is grasping it straws here, and may find themselves left behind as the us. Keeps gaining ground on break through tech that could come to shape the future.
