The reason for the unwinding of our civilizational standards is something called disparate impact. Dispert impact was an idea that grow out of an early 1970s Supreme Court case looking at an employer. Heather, speaking as someone who's spent most of his adult life on college campuses, I sensed something was wrong a long time ago.
