The Relevance of Academic Factors in Copper Prices
The relevant factors are, of course, if OPEC is doing something that has an impact on oil price and on the price of stocks of all firms. When investors are buying more and more copper for some kind of academic reason, instead of a real life reason, that doesn't mean that ultimately the consumers will use more copper or producers will use more Copper. It should be looking at real life markets, not the other way around. The relevant factors are what's really happening.
