Porn Is a Super Normal Experience
The average 15 year old boy in 60 minutes on watching pornography can view more nudity than any human being would have experienced in the entirety of their life span. Porn becomes a tool for them to regulate and down regulate their nervous system when they are stressed, overwhelmed or lonely. It's there to give them a dopamine release in the brain, feel a little bit happier, and forget about what they were actually feeling before. So that's a little bit about why infidelity happens. And so eventually something happens and they either seek it outside of the relationship, or circumstances brings it into their life.
