The History of Midtown New York
On september 13th 1948 a new single screen theater opened on 58th street right next to the plaza hotel and near the entrance of central park. The paris is a very different kind of movie house it was owned by a french production company pathé which then presented international films often to great controversy. Many hollywood premieres would come through here many big blockbusters would make a debut at the zigfeld but again the building itself is very plain do you remember what that building looks like?
