Is the Mind the Overriding Mechanism?

The market is almost like the cellular intelligence you have in your body. It's running all these functions in parallel, but the mind is kind of the overriding mechanism. We're overly identified with a mind individually and i think that that over emphasis on individual mind identification is expressed in n totalitarian states.
