Introduction

The flesh concade readability tests were developed in the seventies by two researchers working for the navy. The reading e score is a number that's supposed to go from zero to 101, hundred being the easiest to read. As you encounter more and more difficult examples of text, that score should drop all the way down to potentially a zero. i wasn't able to come up with a whole lot of details on why they developed this or even how they'd find tune some of its perimeters. But actually none of that's going to matter.
