Writing Melodies and Lyrics

"I can't go into my head and pull a song out. I have to just wait till i'm in a space, and all of the sudden, here it comes," he says. "If a song doesn't move me to tears while i'm writing it, or make me la laugh out loud,  or make me just write it because i'm so angry." He adds: "There have been very few things i've ever put out that i regret... Not all of them have been d but i don't regret any of em".
