Cara Keegan: A Young Girl's Perspective
I think the book is very much from her, we're inside her head, you know. So it was about kind of exploring, kind of adult themes of love and loss, but through the eyes of a child. I guess sometimes that's kind of very binary, like for kids, you know, they were when they're figuring out things. But other times it's like they're picking up on little cues and signals, stuff. The adults assume they're not. And so, yeah, it was about those little details as well, like with the Kimberly Biscus and the trains on the wall.
