Racism is still part of american society. Even in a higher education, at the university level, that the women are a kind of treated less equitably than male colleague is not a secret. So i use edas idea of defference, or a trace, and de constructive operation to analyze this reality of exclusion. And i was to make a connection with he buddhist idea of dependent coriting, or emptiness - both western and eastern traditions.
