The most population of Russia, they live mentally in the past. They identify themselves with their tribe. And we don't have any responsibility for the decision because we have our Tsar and he decides everything. So how does Russia break out of this cycle of upheaval and autocracy? I mean, is it trapped by its history, its memories of the Great Patriotic War? How does it break out ofThis delusion that you write about? Yeah, that's a great problem. We have some conditions. One condition is the Great Defeat, like Nazi Germany in 1945. The second very important condition is national recognition of guilt. That is the main problem.
