The Difference Between O T and I T Networks in Information Security

Roman has been working in information security for close to 20 years. Has had more vendor specific certifications than i care to remember over that time. Is almost on with his master's programme, and wrote a research paper about o t i t networks. Can you explain the difference between these two types of staff?
