The Historicality of Jesus

Most scholars agree that a historical Jesus existed and looking at the accuracy of the gospels in regards to the historical life of Jesus. And actually, in most cases, the gospels don't line up very well with the historical Jesus in that same scholarship. So, it talks about maybe the stories have been massaged or invented in order for us to do something like that.
