A lot of the work of a congressional office is correspondence based so even things like drafting a letter to an agency or, you know, drafting response to constituent communication. The real capacity gain will be when it's more integrated into the tools now notoriously congressional CRM's It's a closed market and not a lot of incentive to be very innovative on its own.
