The purpose of prayer is not just to get god to do our will, it's for us to know god so we can do his will. God wanted moses in a relationship. God wants us too we need him. Love when my kids need something from me because i love my kids and i can provide them with what they need. Prayer reminds us that we're not in control but close to the one who does serve us. We have some real issues you got to pray about right now. You're worried about the economy making you lose your job?
