The Importance of Mental Health in Golf
I wanted any opportunity for a playoff. I feel like me performing in that final round, not par is, you know, it's a wide open window for other players to climb up leaderboard. And I just wanted a part of getting to play and play for the trophy. So with the sudden death playoff it gave me a sense of reassurance where I was like no matter what happens. I made it to a playoff. And I was able to grind it out regardless of the outcome,. It really sent me in a good mindset when I saw all my teammates.
