Data Incidents - What's the Difference?
The post mortem is probably the least fun part of the actual resolution process. Teams want to be aware of those patterns and think, how do we now address that issue and stop the issue from in the future? Even if it's small and easy to fix, there is a big piece of documentation there. And i think removing that friction is actually the most impactful thing that we can do to help teams get in the habit of doing these post mortems.
