If you divide 10 pounds by 12, it's 0.83 each week. And then I would say, can you change some things, add some minor actions in to allow yourself to lose 0.83 pounds per week? That seems a heck of a lot more reasonable than lose 10 pounds in 90 days, right? Mm hmm. Yeah, I see how this is all kind of like cascading together to make it much more manageable when you kind of are setting these goals but can actually become very, very doable.
