The Importance of Resiliency in a Product Seat
I think maybe in general on the other side of like more responsibility being given to me, I'm a fairly level headed person. Like resiliency is a big one to me. So having thick skin, making sure like I'm always coming to situations, I'm not getting hot headed. And so I feel like maybe it was a combination of both things with me feeling like I know how to fix this problem or set things up in a better way and so I'm just going to jump in maybe sometimes without asking.
