Are We Missing a Lot of Steps?
There are a ton of intermediate steps in the early stages between the Levant and Iberia. So there is a period before that maybe even as long as a century but probably more like a couple of generations. And so it's kind of interesting but we don't know for how long they were able to establish colonies across Northern Africa, southern Spain, even at the Atlantic.
