The Difference Between First and Second Stage Quick Boosting
Three comes through exactly as I was intended, which is to say that it feels really fucking messy and kind of hard to control. There is a mechanic in armored core for answer called a second stage boosting. Second stage boosting requires you to pull down the trigger about 66% of the way smoothly. The difference between a standard quick boost and a second stage quick blue quick boost is staggering. It can be hard to tell in the moment when you are, you know, in the middle of a fight.
