"The big challenge was I mean I knew already like Tibetan from studying at the University and also there were Tibetans in the Kamala Shila Institute so I had a good foundation of Tibetan already but I discovered that in order to get direct teachings from Campbell Sildim Gamsa Rinpoche you had to know Tibetan," she says.
