Time is really very important to Delos in a way that it remained important for a very the whole post-Kontian tradition. I think there's no way that Heidegger's reading of time and Kant didn't influence Delos’s thinking about time because he always mentions Kant when he writes about time almost. In the cinema books, he really shows his cards that like it's all about. Time is kind of quality lists in its abstraction. You could just talk about a sequence. And that kind of quantitative time lends itself to that quantitative dimension. It also has to do with stasis, because if time isn't the measure of motion, if time is ontologically fundamental
