How to Create and Establish Good Behavior in a Classroom

If you want to change somebody's behavior, you can't just tell them to behave. You've got to teach them to behave and teaching is a very different thing. Everything we know about teaching mathematics or literacy or sport could also map on to teaching behavior. And once you talk content, get children to do something with that content so you can see how well they're doing with it. Once you've done that, you then re-teach the parts that were learned again.
