The younger planners that are more interesting, even if they have been to like an ad school, tend to be very independent thinkers. They're the sort of people that we get excited by. If you're asking someone about what's an example of something you're really proud of or a brief that you wrote or an experience that you had, that was really, really interesting. There's a very clear difference between planners that will tend to think more tactfully about things and those that don't.
