Upside Down Leaders Make a Bigger Impact

If christians just leverage their work, authority and nfluence in an upside down way, this world will start to lok a lot different. I want to share some examples that i've seen modelled for me and in other organizations of what upside down leaders really look like. Upside down leaders invest generously in personal lives. And those funds are set aside just to help other team members that come into financial need. That may be something that could be applicable to the organization that you lead or the leadership authority that you have.
