How to Be an Emerging Writer
Join a group. By far the most important thing, especially if you're joining a group as a new member, is to be conscientious and diligent. You can only go out with that script one time because it's going to get coverage on it. Now if you're just talking about to get notes at all from even friends or a group, yeah, absolutely do it. Do it as soon as you can because you're going to get great notes and great insights. But when you say edited drafts, I get a little worried, right? I get because it's not really editing. It's revising. It's throwing it out. It's shifting big, big things, right?
