I think most people think about yoga, you know, as getting into a softer space. But it's a contradiction because yours was more in the physical, intense state and that got me there. It allowed me to use a skill that I already had, which was stoicism. And then at a certain point that skill became counterproductive for me. So my hope is that this kind of philosophy can motivate people not just in a single pose but in a practice where they cross-reference their own personal grid.
