CFM, What's the Philosophy?

In terms of our philosophy, you know, what I would say is that we believe that inefficiencies do exist, but they are small and they're very difficult to exploit. And so a scientifically kind of rigorous investment process is the best way for us to proceed in extracting alpha. We hire like PhDs because when you do a PhD, you're solving a very challenging problem, perhaps, or normally it's a unique problem that nobody has solved before. So we have a very collaborative kind of atmosphere, teamwork is essential to what we're trying to do. That's certainly something that we've invested in.
