A written goal is ten times more ikely to happen than a goal in your head, says Thaug. An effort tracking spread sheet can help you keep track of what you're doing on a regular basis and set goals for the week. A wall calendar or print out a physical calendar where if you do your daily minimum, you put an x in the box. And it's kind of like a little pat on the back for doing what you said you were going to do.
