How Big Is the Administration?

Victor: It seems to me, again, from doing research for this, that it's just outrageous how big the administration is compared to the faculty. At a place like yale, i think there's like 55 hundred administrators more than there are faculty. People who are not very accomplished classroom teachers go into administration for the money. They get one in, and they multiply, and they create these little feptums,. And then they love getting back at faculty.
