The Importance of Permission in Missions
I was intentionally trying to go to Germany. I did take German in high school, which is why I ultimately got called there. My mom literally said to me, how do you always kind of end up getting what you want? Because she was like, this never happens. And then it was a big deal you got called the Germany. I loved Germany as a place, but as a mission, it was very difficult.
